Shuttles between the Hotel - SpringHill Suites Weatherford Willow Park - and the Brooks will be provided on the day of! If you wish to drive yourself, there is parking at the venue. Please note that there will be an open bar, so if you *have* to leave your car overnight be sure to pick it up by 10 AM the next day.

Shuttles will be loading around 4:15 PM and leaving PROMPTLY at 4:30 PM. There will be shuttles back to the Hotel throughout the night for those of you with early bedtimes.

Wear something fancy that you can dance in! We want you to look good and feel good. For men this means suits, and for women a nice coctail/semi-formal dress.

There will be drinks galore, so stay hydrated! There will be plenty of non-alcoholic drinks such as water, coffee, tea, and sodas. For our beverages, be sure to put your wine drinking shoes on before you come! There will be copious wine, some beer, and a small selection of mixed drinks.

Appetizers and a plated meal will be provided by FGF Catering. Please indicate your preferences (Vegetarian, Chicken, Beef) with your RSVP! (Don't worry if you've already done this, just go ahead and submit it again)
