Thank you to everyone who has already booked your room! We are truly sorry to anyone this affects, but it appears the hotel is completely booked for our wedding weekend :( There are multiple weddings happening in the area and our hotel must be popular out there. There are a few other hotels in the Weatherford area if you're still looking for a room. Transportation will ONLY be from the SpringHill Suites, so please set something up with a friend if you need to leave your car there!

Reservation cut-off date is WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 20, 2025

Check in starts at 3:00 PM! There will be transportation to and from this hotel on the day of the event.

Timelines are still being sorted, but we should have shuttles starting around 4:15 PM.
